Insider buys, filtered
Executives must report trades within 2 business days. We score every open-market buy, skip the routine noise, and explain each one with a link to the original filing.
Coming to iPhone
Insidara reads every SEC Form 4 filing, filters out the noise, and tells you which insider buys are worth a look, plus what big funds and Washington are doing about the stocks you follow.
3-day free trial. Information only, never investment advice.
Example alert. Not a real company.
What you get
Executives must report trades within 2 business days. We score every open-market buy, skip the routine noise, and explain each one with a link to the original filing.
See what major funds held last quarter and which stocks members of Congress disclosed trading, with the dates and the reporting delays shown plainly.
Bills, regulations and executive orders that could affect the companies on your watchlist, tracked from introduced to signed.
Market moves, your watchlist and new insider buys, written up each morning. Read it or listen on the way to work.
Ask what a filing means or why a stock scores the way it does. Answers use the app's data and say where numbers come from.
Insidara never connects to your brokerage, never trades for you, and never tells you what to buy. It shows the data and explains it.
Track record
Most apps show their winners. Insidara shows every past alert's result next to the S&P 500, tested on an earlier and a later period, and links each alert to its SEC filing so you can check it yourself.

Questions
No. Insidara publishes public information and explains it. It never tells you to buy, sell or hold anything, and it doesn't know your situation. Talk to a licensed professional before investing.
Not reliably. Our own research found that even the best-scoring insider buys trailed the S&P 500 recently. We use the score to filter out the weakest setups and show you the full results so you can judge for yourself.
SEC EDGAR (Form 4 and 13F filings), official congressional disclosures, the Federal Register and Congress.gov, plus market data providers. Every insider alert links to its original SEC filing.
Insiders have 2 business days to file. Insidara checks the SEC every few minutes, so members see a buy shortly after it's public.
Every account starts with a 3-day free trial of Pro, and nothing is charged until it ends. After the trial, Insidara needs a subscription. Cancel any time; there are no refunds, so the trial is the time to decide.
iPhone testers get access first through TestFlight, in waitlist order. Paid plans open after that.
